"Due to therainy weather we were having, Neil called and suggested postponing the job until the weather cleared up. We set a later date and Neil showed up right on time, did an excellent job with absolutely no mess remaining and offered some good advice as to what I need to have done to make my fireplace more efficient. There was no pressure for him to do it since I am a DIY type person and this was a simple job. I would definately recommend him to a friend. "
