Communication with me by office and crews were consistant every step of the way. Initial sales person kept in touch to assure project satisfaction. Only 4.5 given for quality because of some minor "not-perfect" surface smoothness. (Only seen at night with pool light on, probably normal and I didn't advise Burkett's. "They did an excellent job staying in touch with me and letting me know when they would be on site and what would be done. Work was well done and on schedule. I graded them down slightly on quality because the rookie who initially installed ithe switch for the new lights didn't do it water tight and it quit working after 1 week. Carefree Toland sent someone immediately and they fixed the problem. I graded them down somewhat on customer service because the first day they left hoses and equipment on my grass. After I pointed this out to them, they never did it again. "
