"Dave was very nice and knowledgeable. He took time to explain how to get "white slime" out of the sauna pipes, told me all about balancing the water, and mentioned that if I ever had questions, I could give him a call. However, he did not seem to remember what I told him over the phone, that the spa had sat for almost a year without being used, and did not bring any useful products for me to use to get it out. Overall, I will probably call on him again for information/service."
