Comment: The rainspout above the two car garage of a two story house both in the front of the garage and in the back of the garage sage slightly in the middle so when it rains hard the water overflows in the middle of the rainspout. Also rainspout in the front on the second story section (which is about 1 1/2 times longer than the garage spouting over the garage)has the same problem.
