"When I scheduled for my fireplace to be inspected, I talked to Ray and he was very friendly. I scheduled it for Tuesday of this week and you know what, Ray called me last Wednesday (11th) to see if they could come out the next day (12th) because he know that I really wanted to use the fireplace as soon as possible.
