"The Pro seemed to know his trade. He was able to determine the problem quickly. The Only issue was the price charged for the part replaced, it was marked up over 500%. When questioned about this charge he said the price included trouble-shooting time, which was approx. 10 minutes. Remove and replacement of the bad capacitor took approxmantly 10 minutes (one screw and two leads). Seems like the $80 fee to show up would have included a little trouble shooting time. A 100% mark-up seems like over kill but but is much more exceptable versus the 500%+ mark-up. "
