"This project was a complete demo and replacement of existing landscape and some hardscape (including front walks and steps and several new flag stone and gravel paths). While they still have a few days left on the job, at this point I can say that working with John Bondi and his Charlotte based team has been the best contractor experience we've ever had. Their communication and professionalism has been fantastic. The work is excellent. Their tips and advice have been spot on thus far and, something we noticed right away, they always leave a clean job site at the end of the day."

"I needed a "master plan" for my backyard. The landscape designer/architect came to my house and after spending about 30 minutes asking me questions to make sure he knew what I wanted, he spent the next 4 hours in my backyard measuring and drawing. When he was finished the plan, he sat down with me to review it and made sure all of my needs were met in the plan. He drew the most spectacular plan which he gave to me on the spot. Now, I can use it to do the work myself, at my own pace, or I can call John at Realiscapes to have any or all of it done for me. I highly recommend this team. Very professional!"
