Comment: The City of Raleigh Stormwater Management Division is requiring our sub-division to provide updated registerred documents of the Stormwater Management Plan. What is on record with the Public Works Dept. does not represent the installed stormwater control facility that was modified from the original plans. Unfortunately the developer and the architectural firm involved in this construction are no longer in business in this area. We need a registered Landscape Architect or Professional Engineering firm to work with us to provide the City with proper documentation.
