"Steve called us right away and let us know when he would be out to see the area we needed work done on. When he came out he let us know the time and date, not a time frame. He gave us a really reasonable price and so we hired him. He showed up on time to do the job, contract in hand, explained what he and his co-worker, Ceasar (another very nice guy), would be doing.
