"Carlson Services was “Johnny-on-the-spot” in the initial contact (within 20 minutes by phone). We were able to schedule prompt service that was mutually accommodating. Justin identified the ice maker problem and fixed it promptly and correctly. We had a little problem with the size of the ice cubes after “the fix”; Justin returned within an hour of our call and corrected the problem without charge as all of the work is guaranteed. Excellent, accurate service; but, as any specialty service, it ain’t cheap! The “fix” costs more than the original ice maker. They do air conditioners as well as other cooling systems, too. We would use C"
