"GasPro called back promptly, scheduled an appointment on the first call, showed up on time, kept a messy job very neat and contained. Talked to us thoughout the service call about what he was doing and why. He answered all of our questions, even when the questions were not entirely coherent. When he needed to order a part to continue, he asked us before continuing and followed thru on his commitment to contact us again to schedule the rest of the maintenance."
