"Bill showed up on time, installed everything perfectly and also paint matched the speakers for us in the living room. The paint we supplied wasn't quite right so he took it upon himself to find the right paint and make a 2nd trip to ensure that we ended up with a great finished product. He went above and beyond the descripton of the job and the estiimate stayed the same. I've already referred NW Digital Media to a friend."

"Very responsive. I called on July 4, a holiday, and the service was scheduled for the next day, a Saturday. The charge for the repair was at the rate quoted for a one-hour service call, $99.00, even though the hook-up actually took almost 3 hours. The man was very knowledgeable, polite and patient, answered all my questions, and got the job done. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future."

"NDM contacted us within 24 hours of our online request. They showed up when they said they would. They completed the job in the time they had quoted for the price they had quoted. They were careful not to track outdoor debris into my home. They cleaned up after completing the installation. And most importantly, the installation is top notch. They truly left my TV set up better than it was before they came to install the home theater system. From start to finish, they were impressive."
