"Nick Pilat (and crew) provided excellent service, described and presented various options, explaining the pros and cons of each, and provided a creative solution to some tricky reducting that I had requested. Some of the other bidders didn't show the same level of willingness to solve these problems. There were no hidden costs, all permitting passed inspection, and all paperwork for tax credits and rebates were filled out and sent to me without issue. The work was completed in a timely manner allowing my wife and I to remain in the house even while the heat was out for a few days to due the complicated conversion from oil to gas. "
