"I have now used them several times for various electrical installations (lights, ceiling fans, etc.). With rare exception, they are able to do any work within 1-2 weeks. The ceiling fan required several visits due to what I called a 'ghost' - the fan and/or the lights would come on or go off unexpectedly, sometimes in the middle of the night - and they came out several times to troubleshoot and fix the problem. I have found them very reliable and willing to fix any issues."
