"Mr. Jackson was very easy to work with, communicated well, did the project for what I feel was a fair price, and his crew arrived on time and when they were scheduled. This was a very difficult new copper gutter installation -- a 3.5 story home with steep vegetated slopes on two sides. The new gutters were first installed without the crew using a level, and after finding that almost all of the sections retained half a gallon of water without draining properly, I requested that they remove the gutters, use a level, relocate the brackets, and reinstall them properly. Mr. Jackson was agreeable to this, and had his crew back the following day. The house had just been painted a month prior to the gutter project. I had to tell the crew to use foam pads on the ladder tips and to not "bounce" the ladders along the walls to move them. There were a half-dozen marks and gouges into the paint which I have had to touch up, and numerous dirty fingerprints on the white fascia boards holding the gutters. For the most part, the job turned out well. The crew cleaned up reasonably well, but I have picked up at least 50 nails and screws from the areas under the new gutters. As I said, Mr. Jackson worked hard to make sure I was pleased, and that the work was completed to my specifications. I would consider using his services again should the need arise. "

"I was so pleased and pleasantly surprised with the service of Royal Gutters. We were about to close on the sale of our home, but were having trouble getting the gutter fixed on our own in time. First, someone answered the phone right away and second, they said they could fix it that afternoon. They were on time, fast, friendly, and professional. They stuck to their quote and did a fabulous job. I think they even did more than they had originally expected to do. In the middle of a stressful move, they were a breath of fresh air. "It was great in almost every way. The work was done well by friendly professionals who cleaned up after themselves. We love the new roof with the ridge vents and the nice white gutters. The only problem we had was with the waste. We culled the old metal vents for recycling and were sad to learn that they disposed of some plywood and unopened roofing material. We would have liked to have the unused materials or at least know that they had gone to a "good home"."
