"They were prompt, professional, and very clean. When I selected my stain color, I matched their sample to the original floor to get the same color as I already had. After it was stained, the color of the floors came out much lighter than the sample. Fortunately, I like the new color better than the original but people should be aware that if they are trying to match something they already have, it won't come out the same."
