"I love the way that the carpeting looks in my salon. I expected Leonard to be part of the installation team, since we had been doing so much correspondence. However, another team came in to do the installation. I would have appreciated him communicating this with me. It was alsof difficult to get a hold of Leonard directly. I often had to leave messages and wait for a call back. Since I am pretty difficult to get a hold of myself, this was not a huge deal. Everything else worked pretty well."
