"They showed up early (they called before they came to the door). They weren't the neatest looking guys, and I appreciate seeing a uniform or something that clearly states their company affiliation. They seemed to know what they were doing and went about the task efficiently. They checked another telephone jack and found it to be dead also, so they fixed that one as well. Overall, I rate them as good."
