"Dave and Karen were running a little late but called to advise me. Their call was appreciated and professional and arrived ahead of the rescheduled time. Dave and Karen were polite, VERY PROFESSIONAL, assessed my issues and went to work. The completed the job in a very timely fashion and were a pleasure to have in my house. I live in a Town home Community (320 Units) and they are open to giving a group rate for the annual fireplace cleaning for Condo Association residents (multiple units on a given day). I now consider myself a "regular customer". BTW, my chimney needed repairs and the cost was reasonable. Thx."
