"I hadn't hired a contractor before. Marc called me so fast i was still on the phone with the Service Magic reps. I was very impressed and the quote he gave me I knew was very competive so he was hired. I have experienced now that when you work with contractors it its like keeping track of a teenager. No one called me back and I was left wondering if they were going to show up. But true to his word he had his guy give me a call a few days later and they came in and knocked out my project in 1.5hrs. Word of advice, get a personal secretary to call back your clients if you are too busy. "
