"They did a great job and were quite timely, however, the whole service call could have been avoided if they had told me to contact the cable company first and reset my cable box. So, I spent a lot of money on something I didn't even need to have a service call for. I do appreciate them getting in touch with me so quickly; I did hire them to do some more work for me as well because they do stand behind their service and they are very knowlegeable."

"Doug Evans arrived within the narrow time frame promised. He set up the system and explained what he had done. He finished in less than half an hour. The charge ($75) was as agreed upon. The system is working beautifully."
