Review from Phoenix, AZ - Repair a Ceiling Fan

AL-CO Electric, Inc.
Customer Rating:
Project: Repair a Ceiling Fan
City: Phoenix, AZ
"My al-co electric contractor was good. He was on time and the job only took him about 10 minutes. My problem was with the price. The price was 75.00. I needed the repair done so that is why I had him come over knowing the price. However, I know that NONE of my friends or family would pay such a rate so that is why I would not recommend him. It would have been nice for him to offer to fix something else in the house for 75.00! "

PREPARING FOR YOUR PROJECT

Things to Consider Before You Ceiling fans help to heat and cool residences by stirring up breezes in the summer and forcing warm air downward in the winter, ceiling fans effectively reduce the demand on conventional heating and cooling systems. The amount of air a fan moves depends on its construction and placement. Bathroom exhaust fans are desirable in any bathroom, and they are required in bathrooms that have no windows or a window that can't be opened. Bathroom fans should exchange the air in a bathroom completely every five minutes. Installing a whole house fan allows homeowners the advantage of cool breezes and reduced electricity costs. A whole house fan quickly pulls large amounts of fresh cool air from the outside through the house and pushes all the hot air out the attic in minutes. in Phoenix, Arizona:
