"George Henderson is a very pleasant person. He seems to be a hard worker and conscientious. Our situation was difficult with very old wiring and rusting pipes, so we acknowledge that the job was a challenge. In addition, we asked that only the most basic service be performed in order to save money; so this was another limiting factor. George tried to get the water heater installed and working on his first visit, but it took a total of three trips to finally get the water heater going."
