"I got a tankless water heater (Rinnai) an air conditioner (Carrier) and heater (Carrier) all at once. They are expensive, but you get your money's worth. I was especially impressed with the fact that their employees have to take classes to keep-up-to date with the latest Carrier models, repair methods, etc. Having somone certified by the manufacturer to install your equipment is always a good idea, because improper installation can make your expensive equipment costly down the road. All in all, these guys were professional, quick, and extremely reliable."
