"If THEY WOULD JUST RETURN PHONE CALLS SO THAT YOU KNOW WHERE THINGS STAND, IT WOULD BE HELPFUL. I DON'T UNDERSTAND THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE. IT'S VERY FRUSTRATING. YOU WOULD THINK THAT THEY WOULD BE BENDING OVER BACKWARDS FOR CUSTOMERS GIVEN THE ECONOMIC SITUATION IN THIS COUNTRY. ONCE WE FINALLY GOT THE GUYS THERE TO DO THE JOB, THEY PERFORMED WELL. NOW, WE NEED THEM BACK TO DO ADDITIONAL WORK AND I CAN'T SEEM TO GET A RESPONSE BACK FROM THEM AS TO WHEN THEY CAN COME BACK OUT. WHAT'S WITH THIS? I WOULD ONLY RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE WORKMANSHIP PROVIDED.....NOT ON THEIR BASIC BUSINESS SKILLS, SUCH AS RETURNING PHONE CALLS. I WOULD GIVE THE PERSON I WAS"
