"Called morning after we submitted request via servicemagic.com. Came out next morning, arrived on time, knowledgable, got the job done quickly and cleaned up most of what they did. Seemed a little rushed, but in their defense, it was Saturday and they were installing a furnace after our appt."

"The contractor was good. Only problem is that we had leaky problems. He's come back several times, it still persists. Getting in touch with him was a challenge because he is busy. We're still working on the leak that he's gonna come and fix. He was good though. "

"I am very satisfied with the work done by Essential Heating and Air Conditioning. I replaced both my central air conditioning and my furnace with super energy efficient components. At Mr. Montoya's recommendation, they added an additional air intake to my system. What a difference! This set up works so much better than my previous air conditioner. I also asked Mr. Montoya to add a humidifier to my furnace. I can't wait for winter to come this year. I know I will be toasty and comfortable for the first time since I have lived in this condo!"
