" PPM Plumbing & Heating was great to work with. They were good to work around my schedule. They were efficient and professional. The new boiler and its requisite equipment was installed in an exceptional fashion and looks like a work of art. The technicians were very respectful of me and my home - they covered all the floor surfaces they would be walking/carrying equipment over with drop cloths and kept all their work very tidy. (The only mishap was a broken light fixture cover when the technician bumped into it with his head when he was checking one of the heat registers. But they're replacing it for me.)"

"Called morning after we submitted request via servicemagic.com. Came out next morning, arrived on time, knowledgable, got the job done quickly and cleaned up most of what they did. Seemed a little rushed, but in their defense, it was Saturday and they were installing a furnace after our appt."
