"We needed a small tile repair in our kitchen and contacted Service Magic. They offered two companies in our area and after several conversations with Robert Miseta at Tier One, we decided to use that company. Mr. Miseta arrived on schedule, did an excellent job replacing broken floor tiles and repairing missing and damaged grout. He was careful and cleaned up all debris. We had agreed upon a price and were billed accordingly. We would not hesitate to hire Tier One for any future work or recommend them to a friend."
