"Mr. D'Ambrozio inspected our home thoroughly and concluded that we did NOT have a mouse infestation (we had seen no evidence but thought we smelled small dying mammals in the walls). He said that he preferrred not to treat a home unless there was clear evidence and explained why. We were very impressed with this as it would have been easy to convince us to pay for a service we did not need."
