He seemed to be a very honest and straight forward guy. He explained the cause for my electrical problem. He fixed the electrical problem. Because I liked his work so much, I asked my to take a look at some unfinished rooms in the basement and provide a price quote to install electricity to this room. His prices are quite reasonable for professional and quality work. I was very impressed by Kevin and K Bar. I will be calling Kevin again to set up the electricy in my unfinished basement room"

"Not too thrilled. Don't give me grief for using services like servicemagic. If you're going to make a mess in the bathroom, maybe you should tell us to take out our stuff (like my son's toothbrushes). Is it hard to bring a rag and clean up some of the dust? If you're going to "run to the store", don't disappear for 1.5 hours. If you're not going to call when you say you will, don't just show up at my house. Final (handwritten) bill matched estimate. Fan seems to work (although not as well as I hoped). Maybe I'm just a picky customer. "
