"Steve was on time for both the initial estimate and 2nd visit to do the repair. As far as the cost I was kinda worried because he stumbled over two quotes, but the actual price was about the same as others. He as very understanding and seemed to know what to do to fix the problem I was having. I rate Absolute as a Very Good company."
