Project: Test for Toxic Materials & Mold
City: Alexandria, VA
"Charlie was extremely professional and he conducted a very thorough mold test of the home we are buying. He was polite, efficient, and reliable. He was able to accommodate us on short notice. He was more than patient with all of our questions and concerns about how the testing was conducted and how the results were analyzed. We have a child with asthma, so it was important to us that the testing be done properly by an experienced and capable individual. Charlie went over every inch of the home and he explained the process as he went along. He does not do mold remediation, so there is no conflict of interest. I highly reccomend Charlie. "
