"Initial response was quick, but estimator didn't take good notes/communicate well and had to spend a lot of time clarifying the work expected. Difficult communication on availability of paint colors. Had to increase price for the detailed work of painting doors -- didn't ask the first time what I had in mind. Estimator did the detail paintiing with numerous instances of "going outside the lines," said he needed new glasses, would give that part of the work a "C" grade. However, the men who did the rest of the work were on time, thorough, and did a great job painting. Would recommend TNG for overall work, just not for detail work."
