"He explained what the possible causes of the problem were in depth before coming to the house. He was on time and professional. His assessment of the problem was correct and therefore I believe him to be knowledgable about his craft. I would just remind him to wipe of his shoes on the mats before entering people's houses. I have an expensive rug in the foyer which he wiped his wet boots on. I wasn't happy about that. "
