"The workers came on time and respected my property. They explained the process beforehand and did a fair job cleaning the vents and duct. One thing I'm not satisfied was that I was told they would clean the coil and blower but turned out they could only do it indirectly. I don't know how other companies do this when they advertise the service. Next time, I would be very specific, not only ask what services they provide, but also how they do it."

"They did not show up for the first appointment I made with them. A woman from their office called me 1 hour after my appointment was supposed to start to tell me their technitians were all busy and no one could come out that day. I wasn't too happy that I took time off work to be there for no reason, I would have liked a call earlier. But when we rescheduled they were early for the appointment, very courteous, and complied with all of my requests to keep the vent covers off so I could complete some remodeling work I did. They were quick and courteous and did a great job on my vents (I could see the difference). So long as they aren't double booked they are a pleasure to hire."
