"Felix was great! He called within minutes of me submitting a request and handled our lock problem in a professional manner. Instead of trying to get us to go for a more complicated, expensive option, he provided us with a cheaper, safer option to solve our issue. He followed up with a phone call and came out the next day to install a new lock on our sliding door. He even came out after 7pm, when it was more convenient for our schedule.
