"I thought that Brent was the most prepared of the contractors referred to me by Service Magic. He wrote up a bid on the spot, had a demo window to show me, and before and after pictures of other projects. Turns out A/R replaced the windows on my neighbor's house a couple of years earlier. The installer showed up right on time (even a little early) and was very personable and friendly. I was happy with the installation and the way the windows look. My wife went to see how the work was going, and the installer stopped and took the time to give her a little tutorial on the windows. A/R has my recommendation."

"Everyone with A/R & Associates was very helpful, informative, and friendly!! Also, they were extremely professional. Brent (sales associate) showed up for the bid with a folder of information including Contractor's license, BBB membership, proof of insurance, etc., which usually you have to ask for and wait on. Jim installed 10 large windows by himself and did a great job. Bobby and Mick (co-owners) both stopped by to check on the job. The windows arrived when they stated they would, and were promptly installed. Everything was easy!"
