"The employees, Jeff and James, that did the actual work, were exceptional professionals, did a thorough clean-up. The sales rep., Bill was very thorough in explaining the process and made very helpful suggestiions in recommending replacing the louver closet doors and made appearances throughout the work process. However, I believe that the coorindation from the office could use some improvement."
