"Wow, Wow, Wow, what a great experience! He was on time. He gave a “heads-up” phone call before he came. He was the best price in town and certainly was better than the most expensive and would’ve been worth it. Definitely got much more than what we paid for. He made the frustration of wiring go away and left you with the confidence to do it yourself next time. Although, for the service and tweaking of the T.V, picture, he’s worth having him come back for regular maintenance. He kept things simple and made using these high tech electronics more fun and easy."
