"We recently completed an addition to our house. (mother in-law suite & kitchen update) We used Artisan Building Concepts, Brian Justice and Ralph Boothe, and would highly recommed them. They are very professional, polite, considerate, and produced an excellent result. It has been 6 months since the completion of the project and they DID stand behind their guarantee to correct any issue that might arise. They are honest and polite and did everything by the book. I have no connecting with these gentlemen except for this project and because of the good work they did on our house, our neighbors have now hired them"

"Did not get a sufficient inspection in my opinion. Had to recall him to inspect the air conditioner which should have been inspected during his first inspection period. Found that he had not inspected toilets, after passing papers on my house I found that a toilet had slow draining do to a toy that had been flushed and stuck in the bowl. Deep sink and washing machine drain had not been checked, since when I tried to drain the deep sink,the water had gone down very slow. Upon my own inspection I found that the deep sink and washing machine drained into the same pipe and out to a hole 30 feet behind the house. This hole was filled with soil."
