Richard provided us with a written estimate, and we agreed on a reasonable price before he started the drywall repair job. We had a hole cut in our ceiling to repair a shower drain and sheetrock to be repaired around our skylights. Richard and crew did a very professional job, and all looks great. You can't even tell we ever had a hole in our ceiling! Richard is very easy to talk to and wants to cooperate in anyway possible to make you happy. He did what he said they'd do, and did it well.
