"Listened to what we wanted and talked with us about the best way to do the job. Responded to our concerns about one part of the service and added to what we wanted done without increasing the cost. I wish they had swept the kitchen and checked the sink for pieces of old grout and vacuumed the carpet where they took out grout. We are very happy with how the work looked when it was done. The job started promptly and ended within the day. We had kitchen counters with large tiles redone and they also fixed the DIY kitchen sink installation which looked messy so that it now looks good. We also had a soaking tub with little tiles regrouted, the edges of a regular tub resealed, a small shower resealed, and a double-walk in shower resealed. The job took about 6 hours. The craftsman were pleasant to be around and that helped make this a positive experience."

"They were able to come right out to do the estimate, then were able to do the job the next week. It was all completed in the one day as promised. If I could change one thing, I would ask to let the floors dry completeley and revacuum to eliminate any dog hair in the tile before it was resealed. There are dog hairs (we have four of them) embedded in the tile under the seal that I would have liked to have eliminated. Otherwise, it was a great job and the floors are beautiful. "
