"My ratings would be a 5, however, the Contractor has not completed the job ... the driveway and street in the front yard area were not cleaned after the job...after waiting a couple of days, I decided to do the clean up myself. I was told that the grass area where the Bobcat traveled during the concrete delivery would be "raked" after the job was completed...that has yet to be done. While these comments are minor in nature, they effect the overall customer satisfaction rating. Thank you for recommending this company to me for my project."
