"Sergio sets the standard for awesome customer service AND we he created such an environment of trust that we had no problem giving him the key to our home so that he could work while we weren't there. This is not typical of my partner and I, two women with healthy reservations (born of experience) about giving service providers of any sort access to our home while we are in it and especially when we are not. Now we're eager to begin other projects in our home that will require Sergio be involved because we know he'll do an excellent job."
