"Royi's communications and follow-through was exceptional. My move was from West to East Coast with full packing service. The packing, loading, and delivery went per plan. All the furniture and items "crated" arrived in exact condition as prior to being packed. The packing of the boxed items though went from exceptional care and "over-protected" to almost completely unprotected and simply placed in the box. I must state the packing crew members' level of care differed significantly per member. I am confident Trusted is taking the necessary steps to correct. All in all I am most definitely satisfied and highly recommend Trusted and Royi."
