" Sears complleted the project today. Starting from the initial contact, Sears always has a fast response. Salesa representative, Rob Crickmore and Project Coordinator, Eva Catone are constantly monitoring on our final installation date. Finally CNG connected the gas line to he house on Nov. 26, 2008. Eva finalized the boiler installation date on Dec. 2, 2008. Richard, the contractor, worked very hard for two and half days. He tested the unit thoroughly and resolved some technical problems. I am very happy on Sears' customer services. I will recommend Sears to anyone on this kind of project. Chaochi Chu "

"The subcontract (Sears contracts the installations out) was extremely professional and courteous. The removed my old boiler and water heater and installed the new unit on the same day. I'd read other reviews that said the Sears quote was on the high side, but for us, their quote was the lowest. We replaced a 60-year old oil furnace and a 20-year old water heater."
