"Claudio responded the next day and was at my house to give me a quote. He offered a very fair and reasonable price. He showed up shotty there after, on the exact date and time that he said he would. We ran into a problem along the way when the existing steps crumbled during the demolition phase. Claudio was in no way responsible for the shoddy workmanship that caused the collapse but he told me that he would fix it and do it right for a marginal cost. The steps look awesome and the quality is definitely top notch. I've already recommended him to several friends. Definitely worth the call, you'll be more than satisfied."
