We liked Tom's extremely low design fee with no commitment to purchase cabinets [but with the option that the design fee would be applied to any cabinet purchase if we bought through him] - a 'no brainer'! His honesty and respect for our opinions AND our budget were the keys to our success. Tom inspected all cabinets upon delivery and helped with granite selection, flooring & appliances at NO extra charge.
