"Your work was great, however you could do better at notifying your customer if you have incidents that will cause you to be late or a no show on the scheduled day.(ie flat tires, problems with supplies). The old adage no news is good news has no place in customer service. Personnel in the office answering the phone need to be more willing to aggressively seek an answer when a customer calls to check the status of a crew dispatched to do a job. I would have very easily given you a Very Good rating had your internal support personnel had a clue as to what was going on without me having to call Mr Ingram and he calling me back to inform me as to who, what, when where and how the project was to be completed. I do thank you for the outstanding workmanship."
