"The salesman/owner (Eric) was a very pleasant person to deal with. The estimate he gave was reasonable, and I didn't have to put up with heavy handed sales tactics. The patio door that I ordered took a bit longer than I was told to expect, but not by an overly unreasonable amount of time. The installer came out on what will probably end up being the coldest day of the year, and did a very competent job, everything looks great. He managed to put in a sliding glass patio door and a bathroom window in about 6 hours, by himself. The patio door does not slide open as easily as Eric told me it would, but still work nicely."

"Not being too happy after talking to, getting quotes from and meeting with many contractors for railings that I found going through the yellow pages and referred from coworkers, I remembered good ol' Servicemagic (I had found the landscaper we used the year before here). All American Fabrications called and based on the call I was confident that they were qualified. Greg from All American Fabrications followed up diligently and when we finally decided to go ahead with the project, Greg met me at our house to discuss final specs, select the paint color and place the order. We are thrilled with new railings and got tremendous quality & value."
